Don’t Let Customers Just Slip Away From Your Breaches


Customer Retention turns out to be a cake walk if you can keep them active. But of course doing it is not so easy.

Customer Retention's best strategy that works:-
Ø  Action
Ø  Reaction
Ø  Feedback
Ø  Repeat

Action: Action is nothing but what you offer to your customers. The reaction of the customer depends your action. You must grab your customers’ attention with your deeds. Your actions should not circle around just sales. Give them some information they might need for their businesses. Make them feel worthy. Value your customers and see the power of customers.

Reaction: If the customers like your actions, they will definitely react. Though it is not correct to expect results for your every action from every customer, people who are in real need and you promise them that you have a solution for their need, it works. There is no big/small customer. Under estimating a customer might be harmful to you in two ways
          One, you might lose the customer who might want to spend a fortune for his          business
          Two, your competitors get the deal threshing you down to nowhere
One best thing you can do to know more about your customers is through their social media profiles. So keep following their deeds and actions and keep yourself updated. Who knows, the customer might mention what he needs in his profile!

Feedback: Never forget to as your customers for feedback. Always remember that no customer gives you an ill feedback unless he\she isn’t happy with your work. Deal properly with them and make sure that you won’t repeat your mistakes. Always consider the feedback given by every customer. You might not satisfy each and every customer but when it comes to dealing with big money, customer satisfaction should be your prime factor to make your customer stay with you. If you can consider their feedback and send the respective customer that you have done changes in your system as per their needs, you can run a magic on him/her. They will not leave you unless you bore them.

Repeat: Once you are done with the feedback of the customers, you can repeat the process again from your action. But never pressurize your customer to buy something by sending them too many sales pitches or by calling them too many times.
